Veggified


Okay, so we tried our first recipe from "Hungry Girl". We went for the yummilicious veggie burger wrap. We were very excited about how it turned out. We enjoyed it so much, we used the leftover ingredients and made them again two nights later. We made one slight modification and replaced the mushrooms with red pepper because one of the eaters wasn't feeling the mushrooms. When you try it, you should go with the mushrooms though, as we suspect the peppers made them a little drier, but still quite yummy. We garnished it with peppers on the side and some salsa and fat free italian dressing to dip the wrap. And in addition to a glass of sparkling water to drink, we also had a little red vino (for the heart).
